RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for account receivables process.
  • To handle all matters relating to consultant’s billings.
  • To record, tag and maintain all fixed assets and relating to inventories.
  • Responsible for all weekly cost of sales computations.
  • Administer credit control in regards to GL or corporate patients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma holder in accounting and/or professional qualification (e.g ACCA,CPA or equivalent)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara and are IT proficient (Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word & UBS accounting system will be an advantage).
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good analytical skills.

  1. Corporate Companies
  • To assist the Senior Marketing Manager to seek business opportunities via organizing / building targeted activities with key customers.
  • Set targets and ensure that targets are met.
  • To assist in organizing on-site events / health screening where appropriate.
  1. Events & Activities
  • To assist in developing, planning and managing programmes or activities that include interaction with several external parties i.e. corporations, NGOs, media, government agencies, embassies, drug companies, etc.
  • To assist in the preparations of launches, promotions, campaigns and road shows ( within the country).
  • To assist in the graphic design and production of the collaterals related to the event e.g. invitations, program calendar, etc.
  • To assist with sourcing of the relevant vendors pertaining to food and other logistics.
  • To assist in creating interactive opportunities amongst employees, consultants,etc.
  1. Communication
  • To assist in production of corporate Information encompassing print, audio-visual and multimedia presentations. To ensure that all information released is updated and the quality is always maintained and consistent i.e. brochures, fact sheet, marketing kits, slides, website, etc.
  • To identify marketing elements, images and media messages which will look best across the media platform in order to capture the attention of the targeted group of customers.
  • To assist in obtaining the KKLIU(Kementerian Kesihatan Lembaga Iklan Ubat) approval for brochures and advertisements.
  • To assist during  photo shoots when necessary.
  1. Website
  • To assist to handle and update the overall contents of the website.
  • To suggest innovative ways that may improve the website performance and increase the hits.
  • To explore and suggest innovative methods pertaining to online marketing, viral marketing etc.
  1.  Advertising & Branding
  • To assist in suggesting type of media and medium used to reach out to clients.
  • To calculate the impact of the advert and conversions to actual clients.
  • To be at par with the current trend of healthcare advertising.
  • To assist in ensuring its consistency and accuracy. This would include consultant’s name and suite number on the Hospital Directory.
  • To assist in concept, design and layout of the relevant materials.
  • To assist in drafting articles for advertorials when required.
  1. Hospital Tour
  • To assist in conducting tours when necessary.

 Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma in Mass Com, Marketing or equivelant.
  • At least 3 years experience is required in the related field position.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and other Asian Languages would be an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel and work outstation at least 3 working days in a month.
  • Experience in Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good team player.

  • Managing purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders
  • Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to source for new items or other issues and price negotiation when required
  • To expedite shipment to ensure on-time supply
  • Responsible to review, plan and monitor stock replenishment to ensure sufficient stock to meet project demands
  • Responsible to verify suppliers invoices against purchase orders to ensure no billing discrepancies

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in procurement
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills coupled with analytical ability

 Responsibilities

1. Marketing Plan

• Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the centre.
• Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
• Translating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth.
• Develops marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature of market, cost and markup factors.

2. Marketing Budget

• Plan and administer the centre’s Marketing Operations budget.

3. Manage Marketing Strategic Partner/Alliance

• Negotiates with media agents to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media.
• Edits materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
• Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.

4. Insurance

• To be accepted as a panel hospital by TPA’s and Insurance Companies.
• To identify foreign insurance plans to develop a working relationship.
• To ensure that the Insurance companies provide the relevant forms and training.

5. Oversee Corporate Communication Activities

• External and internal communications and systems
• Public relations efforts
• External vendors and consultants

6. Develop and administer marketing database

• Includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.

7. Develop Business Unit

• Develop and deliver insightful presentation and strategies to centre and Management where appropriate
• Ensure the integration of the business unit marketing function within that of the greater group and ensure that the busiess unit optimizes its use of shared and support services
• Assist the business unit to meet its objectives, live the values and culture and to practive company policies

8. Manage Marketing Department

• Supervise Marketing Department.
• Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient
• Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Com or related field.
• At least 5 years experience is required in the Healthcare industry.
• Candidate within a closely related industry may be considered.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and other Asian Languages would be added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to travel and work outstation at least 3 working days in a month.
• Excellent leadership.
• Good team player.
