Responsibilities:
- To head the Finance Department, Medical Records, Material Management and Business Office
- Oversee Banking & Treasury Matters, Accounting and Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Flow Management and assist in Business Decision Making.
- Be a partner to and assist the General Manager in the efficient management of operations and serve as focal point for all financial issues pertaining to the business operations.
- Review, develop, implement, maintain and improve financial or internal finance control systems.
- Responsible for efficient and effective management of credit control.
- Responsible to oversee and monitor cash collections, billings, insurance claims.
- To prepare, verify and process timely staff payroll.
- Planning, organising and controlling the overall operation of Material Management Department.
- Ensure optimal purchases within allocated / approved Company budget.
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidiate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, MACPA or equivalent).
- MIA Member.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to learn and effectively apply policies and guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to provide leadership qualities.
- Computer literate.
- Possess an analytical mind and pay attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
- To oversee the security management for the Company.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum STPM / MLVK, Certificate or Diploma in engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Engineering / Maintenance related field.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow colleagues and vendors / contractors.
- Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing and other related systems.
- Ability to inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling and ventilation system and the boiler system. Skill in maintaining and repairing security hardware.
- Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions.
- Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
